It's been such a long time ever since I had a jab. So the BCG was pretty darn nerve wrecking.
"Not pain one lah. Just
poke, and then come out already."
Although that didn't sound very comforting, I tried flashing a
broad grin at the nurse and I succeeded.
"Uh, nurse? I'm a leftie. Inject my right arm later, alright? " I pleaded, with a phoney oh-so-cute-and-innocent voice. (I thought all nurses liked cute little girls.)
"No need. Anyway, you are going to inject
both arms later."
Both arms, you say? No problem! :D
And so, when I was about to inject my right hand, I tried to think of
Kyle Patrick♥ to keep myself calm.
Ah... Let me think of the 20 year old decent Kyle. That puppy dog eyes... that to-die-for dimples...
"Okay, apply pressure to your wound."
What? Done already? Wow! That's fast and not pain at all! :D
Psst... I love you, Kyle.
Alright, I wasn't thinking of Kyle actually.
I was thinking of... someone else...

The nurse lied to me.
The jab on my left hand was much painful than the one on my right hand!
I had to drink a medicine before I can take the jab on my left hand.
The medicine isn't that bad.
In fact, I thought it tasted great! >.<
BUT, it's a pretty useless medicine.
It didn't stop me from feeling pain. ):
As we were the first class to receive immunisation, we tried to give as of our schoolmates a bad impression on taking the jab! ;D
Although the jab didn't felt as painful as I expected it to be, the next morning, I felt horrible!
Firstly, I can't even do a good ole' morning yawn. (My arm hurts when I stretch it. )
Secondly, I can't sit on the chair to tie my shoe laces, I have to sit on the ground. (My arm hurts when I stretch it. )
Lastly, I can't give any of my friends a hug! (My arm hurts when I hug them!)
On the second day, 6 Integrity took their jab already.
Guess what, they were feeling FINE!
They could stretch their arms, upright!
UNBELIEVABLE!
And today, when I was walking along that path of road to school with Liyang, he said something which pissed me off...
Without second thoughts, I smacked his left arm, hardly.
Liyang: Ow. (monotonously)
Gladys: Pain?
Liyang: No.
Gladys: (frowns)
Liyang: Because I didn't even take the jab! *laughs*
Gladys: Really!? Why!? HOW!? You cried, scream and struggle before they even inject you!?
Liyang: No. I had stitches at him when I fell down the other time, remember? I took an injection at that time so I didn't take the BCG! (laughs at me)
Gladys: ...
Liyang: (stops laughing) But I have to take it during October...
Gladys: (laughs back at him, loudly)
But I feel much better today! :D
(I can even do my good ole' morning stretch today! :D )

You run towards the computer-like donation box and mutter furiously under your breathe when you find out what that is.
"What the ... make the donation box so pretty just to lure us into donating money, right!?"
Kerine thought this was a donation box from far but when she got closer to the donation box... ... ... , she was dissapointed.
